Your lamb will be packaged into individual cuts in convenient freezer-ready vacuum-sealed packaging for easy storage and serving.
Lamb will be available for pick up in August and December. Please be sure to specify which month when you place your order.

The meat is flavorful and firm, but not tough and the flavor is unforgettable...
